Sliding glass door repaired, track was wire brushed, cleaned and polished and steel rollers were replaced with stainless steel rollers. Sliding glass door was readjusted. Sliding screen door was repaired.My sliding glass door was becoming more difficult to push with time, even after several attempts of DIY maintenance. I met with Marco and several other contractors and through it all determined Impact DW was the company that would provide me with the quality of work I expect when you hire a professional. He provided a written estimate, time required to complete the task and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The night before work was to begin he called and confirmed the appointment. The next day he arrived punctually and completed the job on time. He is neat and thorough. I highly recommend him and have used him two more times since this writing.

My sliding glass door and screen were repaired with such professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness that I was totally shocked and very grateful. The sliding glass door was repaired without any mishaps. They considerate the fact the door was open as this would affect the A/C.
